SuperKids Papakura Trust Holiday Programme runs themed holiday programmes for 1 week of every school holidays of the year.
Our programmes are a guaranteed good time with singing, team activities, sports, games and crazy challenges.

Morning Programme: 9am-12pm
Afternoon Programme: 12pm-3pm
Full Day Programme: 9am-3pm
After Care: 3:00pm-5:30pm
For children aged 5 – 13 years

2010 Dates

THEME = Bugs, Butterflies and Other Creepy Crawlies
Date: 18 - 22 January

Activities include

- Bug & Butterfly Creations include: Butterfly Creations, Litter Bugs, Balloon Bugs, Crazy Crawlers and Stained Glass Butterflies
- Games including Run Ant Run, Buzz, Buzz, Sting, Cocoon and Beetle
- Food activities include Bug Biscuits, Edible Dirt Cups, Ants on a Log, Butterfly Bites amd Pizza Beetles
- Workshops with activities including Hama Beads, Mural Painting, Sports, Activity Sheets, Nintendo Wii and on Friday Afternoon a Carnival

THEME = Princesses and Knights
Date: 12 - 16 April

SuperKids Holiday Programme themed “Princesses and Knights”  is running in the second week of the school Holidays (12 - 16 April).

The week culiminates in a special “Knights of the Round Table Challenge” on the Friday!

GAMES include Traitor in Our Midst!, Dragon Tag and Catapult

ACTIVITIES include Balloon Swords, Jousting, Castle Creation and Pet Dragons

AFTERNOON WORKSHOPS INCLUDE: Shield Making , Hama Beads, Create your own Prince/Princess , Fairytale Castle Desk Tidy, Castle Mosaic and create a stained glass window

THEME = Safari
Date: 12 -16 July


THEME = Outer Space
Date: 4 - 8 October

Our Holiday Programmes allow you the flexibility of choosing a half-day option (morning or afternoon) or a full-day option with after care available. All options require pre-registration.

SuperKids Holiday Programme Pricing Schedule

Funding/Subsidies

Our After School Care Programme, Holiday Care Programme and Holiday Programme are CYF approved and OSCAR
(Out of School Care and Recreation) funded.
The OSCAR Subsidy (Out of School Care and Recreation Subsidy) is financial assistance for families with children aged 5-13,
where both parents work or study.

Children must attend for a minimum of 3 hours per week to be eligible for subsidies.

The full cost will need to be paid by parents and the Oscar Subsidies will be reimbursed to parents once SuperKids Papakura After School Programme has been paid by WINZ (until whole term subsidy has been approved).
